When viewing the product you want to order, select all options available (such as colour and size), click our Add to Cart button and you're done! Repeat this process for all items of interest and head to checkout!

Please note: Orders take 1 – 4 business days to process. 

We accept payment by Visa, Matercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.

We do not accept cash, cheques, or e-transfers.

All orders are processed in Canadian funds on the same day the order is placed.  Currency conversion displayed is estimated and should only be used for informational purposes only. 

Your cart automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the  weight and dimension of your parcel. That formula is then adjusted for your address. 

Once the packages leave our shop, we have no control over its delivery.

*Please note: You are responsible for any and all customs/brokerage fees that may be incurred. These charges are unique to your country and are out of our control. 

If you should receive goods that are defective in any way, please let us know so that we can correct the problem. We will replace the items, or refund your money once the goods have been returned to us. There are no returns on cut goods, or goods that have been used or are no longer sellable.
If the goods are not defective, but you still wish to return them, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

We will accept returned goods up to 10 days after the original date of purchase. If the items are returned after 10 days, we will offer exchange only. If you wish to return a product, please contact us before sending shipment.

The Lingerie Formula will never sell your information to any vendor or agency. The information we collect from you is solely for fulfilling orders. If you sign-up for our complementary email newsletter, you will get our emails on a regular basis. You are free to unsubscribe at any time.
